BOMA Young Professionals

Preparing the next generation of commercial property owners, asset, portfolio, and property managers, engineers, and other professionals is critical to our industry. BOMA responds with a number of initiatives to engage the next generation of professionals, increase their industry knowledge, and provide opportunities for leadership development.

BOMA Young Professionals Program

The BOMA Young Professionals Program provides networking opportunities and a series of 7-9 classes on property management fundamentals taught by seasoned BOMA members. Participants need not be BOMA members, but must be employees of BOMA member companies. They make a commitment to attend the series of 90-minute monthly sessions. For more information, contact the BOMA office.

Mentoring Program

BOMA’s mentoring program pairs seasoned BOMA members with those who have less than 5 years of experience in the industry. The experienced members provide professional guidance as well as a deeper appreciation for the resources and connections that BOMA involvement can provide. For more information, contact the BOMA office.

BOMA Committees. Participation in a BOMA Committee is an extraordinary way to make connections in a small group with BOMA members who share the common goals of their committee. Beyond the networking opportunities, committee work sharpens skills and trains leaders.
