The BOMA office is in the TCF Tower at 121 South 8th Street, (kitty-korner from the IDS Center). The main entry is on 8th Street and 2nd Avenue, where we're on one corner, Peter's Grill is on another corner, the Minneapolis Club is on another, and St. Olaf's Church is on the fourth corner. Parking is available in the TCF ramp, but it requires cash. If you'd prefer to use a credit card, both the Midwest Plaza ramp and the IDS Center ramp will take cards. Costs are similar at each of the ramps. Another alternative is the International Centre ramp, which is slightly less expensive. Once you're in the TCF building, there are two banks of elevators -- one is only for the parking ramp. The other is for the tower and will take you to 6th floor. The BOMA office is in Suite 610.
