BOMA Superintendents Association is a Valuable Investment

A building’s chief engineer and his or her staff are critical to the operations, maintenance, efficiency and profitability of our property. It’s important that they have connections with reliable service people, that they be up-to-date about codes that pertain to the building and its equipment, and that they be knowledgeable about energy-saving programs and other efficiencies they can apply.

BOMA’s Superintendents Association offers the same education and networking opportunities for building superintendents and lead engineering staff as BOMA offers for property owners and managers. Attendees of the Superintendents Association luncheons frequently note that knowledge gained from a particular topic or speaker (or fellow attendee) will save them money or headaches.

Membership, at just $80 per year, is open to building superintendents, chief engineers, and other operating supervisory personnel employed by BOMA member companies. Attendance at their meetings is also open to any other dues-paying BOMA members.
