Education

BOMA’s education programs are designed to equip industry practitioners—from newcomers to rising stars, to executives—with all of the tools they need to succeed and help their companies grow.

As companies cut back on their training budgets, we anticipate that even more of them will turn to BOMA for professional development and we are responding with classes, seminars, and programs designed to meet their needs.

Continuing Education

All licensed real estate professionals are required to complete 15 hours of continuing education per year. Statute regarding continuing education requirements for real estate licensees.

Over the course of a year, BOMA Greater Minneapolis provides the opportunity for our members to earn all the credits they need to maintain their licenses and professional designations. Continuing education credits are provided for each of our luncheon meetings, as well as for our BOMA Education courses, our joint seminars with BOMA Saint Paul, some of our Superintendents meetings and most of our Medical Buildings Special Interest Group meetings. Watch our calendar for upcoming educational opportunities.

The Minnesota Department of Commerce Licensing Department regulates real estate licensing.
