Market Outlook for the Medical Sector
BOMA's Medical Buildings Special Interest Group provides a forum for those involved with medical buildings, especially medical office buildings, to exchange critical information about what the future holds for healthcare and healthcare facilities.
Our annual market outlook provides an opportunity to learn from local medical brokers what's happening in the market and what they're projecting for the coming year. For several years, the mantra has been that medical buildings are the healthiest sector of the indsutry. Come to our February meeting to find out if that will continue to hold true as economic forces, healthcare reform, new regulations and shifting demographics affect the sector.

Resource Fair - 03/07/2012
All BOMA Regular Members and Engineers are invited to attend and their staff that makes property decisions. This annual trade show is where our Assoicate and Professional Members showcase the latest and greatest of their products and services. Come learn, compare and make contacts. For those who get their card stamped by at least 25 of the exhibitors, lunch is on us! Otherwise lunch will be $39. (Free lunches are limited to BOMA "Regular" members and their staffs.) There will also be great door prizes and give-aways.Register for the one-hour CEU class that will give you insight into how to get the best bang for your green efforts.After the CEU class, stop by the Resource Fair!
