BOMA Greater Minneapolis met on March 19th to hear a presentation by Professor Myles Shaver, University of MN/Carlson School of Management, on his studies of Minnesota's Fortune 500 companies and what they experience as the benefits of headquartering in MN. He was joined by Peter Frosch, Greater MSP Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Katie Lawler, U.S. Bank National Association Senior Vice President of Inclusion and Employee Relations. Together they shared insights about the nature of talent in our region, movement among companies, and common recruitment/retention practices implemented by companies to offer competitive employment opportunities.
