SEIU/Janitorial Service Providers Settle on New Contract

As most of you know by now, after lengthy and hard fought months of negotiations, a new four-year contract was reached by SEIU and the service provider companies.  The details of the new contract are contained in the document linked above as a service to our BOMA members. 

Crucial to all during these discussions was the need for no disruption of service and the respect for the tenants and their employees.  I would like to also compliment our service provider member companies who kept property managers informed during all the negotiations.
