Mentoring has evolved! Mentorships are one of the most cost effective and sustainable methods of fostering and developing a person's skill set - at all levels in one's career.
BOMA's Emerging Leaders Council is trying to change the idea that seasoned professionals can't be a mentee. Everyone needs a mentor! Having a mentor can provide a different perspective, encourage new and fresh ideas and create a beneficial partnership for all involved.
All BOMA members are welcome (and encouraged!) to participate. Mentors should have at least five years' experience in commercial real estate; mentees can be relatively new or seasoned BOMA members.
