Winter 2019 Courses

Ethics is Good Business - Short Course

This course helps you understand the impact that ethical behavior can have on your professional performance and your property's bottom line. By working through difficult ethical dilemmas, you'll develop the confidence to follow through, even when facing adversity. Key topic areas include tenant relations, confidentiality record keeping and SOX, property use of funds, conflicts of interest, corporate social responsibility and environmental stewardship.

Status and Exam Information

  • To check on your current status or reactivate your designation, click here.
  • Each student enrolled in designation courses will have six months from the first class date to schedule and complete the course exam at the specified computer testing center. More information will be provided with registration materials and is also available here.

BOMI Scholarships

BOMA Greater Minneapolis offers one scholarship annually for the cost of tuition for a semester-length BOMI course. Any employee of a BOMA Greater Minneapolis or St. Paul member company is eligible. For more information about the scholarship requirements and to apply, click here.
