BOMA Young Professionals (BYP)

BYP exists to enhance the careers of young commercial real estate professionals by providing educational and networking opportunities in comfortable environments with their peers, to enhance the performance of those new to the commercial real estate industry, and to demonstrate the value of BOMA membership.

Participation is open to anyone employed by a BOMA Greater Minneapolis Regular Member Company (Property Management) and who is new to the industry within 5 years. Participation is limited to 25 people per session in order to provide a relaxed and comfortable environment conducive to interaction during the classes. 

Classes are hosted by veteran BOMA members, usually in their conference rooms. Classes are tentatively scheduled to be held on the first Thursday of every month, from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM beginning in September (times and days are subject to change based on instructor availability and holidays).

For a cost of $160, you will receive access to a program which includes 9 monthly educational classes with lunch/happy hour, a kick-off event, a graduation celebration, and a networking opportunity.
