Schedule:
07:00 AM - Sponsors are allowed on course to begin set up
10:00 AM - Sponsor check-in opens
11:00 AM - Golfer check-in opens
11:00 AM - Box lunch available in Clubhouse
12:15 PM - Shotgun start
05:30 PM - Cocktails in Clubhouse
06:00 PM - Evening Event including appetizers, cash bar and great prizes!
Door Prizes:
WE NEED RAFFLE PRIZES!! Please consider donating a prize like small electronics, golf accessories or gift cards for the raffle at the evening event. The actual prize can either be delivered to our office prior to Wednesday, July 18th or brought to the course on the day of the tournament. Please be sure to attach your business card to the prize so that we can recognize your company during the prize raffle.
