The office environment today is very different that it was just a short two years ago thanks to changes brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the shift to more remote work opportunities was evolving even before then. Now property management has a new challenge to face when tenants return to their offices. Tenants will return for the collaboration, the camaraderie, and the culture. Buildings that help support tenant's drive for greater worker flexibility will be an important item on their renovated must-have list.

Whether tenants plan classic office or modern hybrid settings for their future routines, management teams will need to adapt. BOMA's Annual Market Outlook for 2022 will look at the current and forthcoming trends in both downtown and suburban commercial office locations, as well as the new elements being requested in upgraded office spaces. Join us on January 20, 2022, for an enlightening panel discussion.
