The 2017 January Market Outlook!
The January Market Outlook match comes to Golden Valley Golf & Country Club again this year! The 2017 BOMA Cup captain will be Russ Nelson of NTH, Inc. He will tee up the discussion and chip in some of his own comments as well. Our esteemed players include:
Jim Damiani (CCIM, SIOR, Senior Vice President at Colliers International) typically plays the suburban courses and will share his phenomenal short game and ways to avoid the bunkers to close the deal.
Brent Erickson (Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield | Northmarq) will drive the downtown fairway and highlight the bogeys and birdies of the past year.
Sonja Dusil (SIOR, First Vice President of Institutional Properties at CBRE) will provide the gallery with information on how to handicap the capital market.
Russ will offer some gimmies on the state of the current market conditions and lead his foursome in predicting the upcoming tournament season.
