Advances in Transportation Infrastructure - Repair Vs. Renovation

Yet another Minnesota season of road construction is underway and due to the long-term use and stress, it is necessary to update and upgrade the road infrastructure that you and your tenants use daily.  Of the 246 projects that MNDOT announced in spring 2016, 43 are taking place in the metro and the majority of those projects are focused on maintaining current roadways.  The challenge faced in the robust slate of projects is the necessity to consider both future traffic patterns and advances in construction technology while dealing with the undetermined funding mechanism resulting from the recent legislative session.
