Security and Resiliency – Is Your Building Adequately Prepared?

The power we use in our offices, the transportation that moves us, and the communication systems we rely on to stay in touch are just a few examples of critical infrastructure. Every day brings new instances of deliberate attacks and natural threats that disrupt critical infrastructure. It is the preparation for those instances that determines ability to recover and resume operations. The need for emergency preparation is also highly evident in large events such as Super Bowl LII and related satellite activities that will take place here in 2018. What plans are in place to secure the safety of critical infrastructure for that event, as well as the everyday business community? What elements of security should buildings adopt to insure resiliency?
