Taste of BOMA

Located directly across the street from Xcel Energy’s current corporate headquarters, 401 Nicollet is the perfect location to achieve Xcel’s goal of increasing operating efficiency for company employees. As an environmental leader, Xcel is committed to having an energy-efficient building. Opus honored Xcel’s mission by using sustainable construction and design elements to create a building qualified to receive LEED Silver certification. The nine-story, 222,000-square-foot facility enhances the vitality of downtown with a design that is a contemporary reflection of the surrounding architecture. The new building features floor-to-ceiling windows on many floors, open collaborative work areas, and bright, branded finishes.
