Taste of BOMA

The T3 (timber, transit, and technology) Building is an innovative 224,000-square-foot, seven-story mass timber office building located in the fast growing North Loop neighborhood of downtown Minneapolis. The goal of the T3 project was to deliver the warmth and authenticity of a brick and timber building, with all the benefits of new construction. The BOMA Service Providers Council invites you to a casual social event with an opportunity to tour the new T3 building - including its retail space, tenant amenities, and rooftop patio.

Location: T3 Building (323 Washington Ave N in Minneapolis)
Cost: $25 for members, $35 for non-members

Worried about where to park? Parking will be free for attendees (provided by the City of Minneapolis) in the Zone 9 Bus Parking Area (located behind the Ramp C Parking Garage). You must display this voucher on your dashboard during the event.
