Continuing Ed Information

All licensed real estate professionals are required to complete a minimum of 30 credit hours of approved courses for each 2-year license period. 

Over the course of a year, BOMA Greater Minneapolis provides the opportunity for our members to earn all the credits they need to maintain their licenses and professional designations. Continuing education credits are frequently provided for each of our General Meetings, as well as for our BOMA Education courses, our seminars, medical buildings programs, and some of our Engineers Meetings. The Minnesota Department of Commerce Licensing Department regulates real estate licensing. Their website will provide you with information about continuing education requirements, lists of approved continuing education courses, and more.
