BOMA Greater Minneapolis Cancellation/Attendance Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email 7 calendar days before the class starts in order to receive a full refund.
• The textbook must be returned unopened to BOMA Greater Minneapolis to be eligible for a refund.
• You will receive an email confirming your request to cancel. Your refund will be processed within two weeks.  You will receive the refund on your original method of payment.
• CEU credits (approved by the Department of Commerce) are awarded based on attendance for each class. If you miss a class, you will not receive credits for that session.
• Full attendance for each class is highly encouraged.
