Education
BOMA Greater Minneapolis offers more than 15 education programs each year that enhance and advance the careers of all levels of commercial real estate professionals. Our programs are held in convenient Greater Minneapolis locations and are taught by industry experts. We hope to see you at an upcoming course!
All licensed real estate professionals are required to complete a minimum of 30 credit hours of approved courses for each 2-year license period.
The Minnesota Department of Commerce Licensing Department regulates real estate licensing. Their website will provide you with information about continuing education requirements, lists of approved continuing education courses, and more.
